Ulcerative gingivitis and stomatitis, known allergies to colophony or similar materials. Avoid ingestion during application. Known allergic reactions to fluoride.
Do not apply when other fluoride treatments (gels or foams) are to be done on the same day. The use of fluoride tablets and rinses should be interrupted for several days after initial treatment.
Flolli Fluoride Varnish is available in two methods, a multi-dose squeeze tube and unit dose Flollipacks. Both are quite simple to use and can be easily applied to the tooth with an applicator. The varnish is only required to dry for ten seconds. The patient may leave immediately after treatment.
Reapplication is required semi-annually. Additional applications per year depend on severity of the problem as recommended by the ADA (American Dental Association).
